To export products to the Customs Union market, your products must undergo the EAC (Eurasian Conformity) certification procedure, which guarantees that they meet the safety and quality requirements of the Customs Union.
This certification confirms that products sold in the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) member countries—Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia, and Kyrgyzstan—comply with the established technical regulations. The EAC certificate allows products to circulate freely within these markets and provides consumers with assurance of safety and quality.
After the manufacturer or importer completes the required quality control process to confirm compliance with technical regulations, they gain the right to mark their products with the EAC label. This authorization is confirmed through the Declaration of Conformity and Certificate of Conformity issued after the evaluation process. The specific document required depends on the type of goods.
In some cases, a State Registration Certificate (SGR) may also be required. This is an official government document confirming that the goods meet sanitary and epidemiological standards and are permitted to circulate within the Customs Union territory.
As REF Logistics, we assist you in obtaining these certifications with our strong experience in this field. By managing the entire process from a single point, we simplify and streamline your operations.
